Dependants

The employee's dependents are recorded on this window. The recording of dependent's basic information can be useful when planning workforce family functions.

  • Fill in the mandatory fields.
  • Information entered on this window could be accessible to the employee when logging in to Employee Self Service.

Field Information

This field displays the relationship of the employee to the dependant (e.g. aunt, mother, father, etc).

Input the dependent's surname and first name, then select the gender.

This allows the employee to specify a gender identity but is not required.

This field is hidden by default and will only be visible and editable when the chosen Gender is Different Term (T).

Note that only alphabets, white spaces, asterisks, hyphens, back & forward slashes ("\", "/") are accepted for this field.

Input the dependent's date of birth.
